The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the German Democratic Republic from its rise (1949) until pivotal event for political system – standing the Berlin wall (1961). Major investigative purpose was to verify the hypothesis, if the non-democratic regime of German Democratic Republic is the specific type of non democratic regime, which was standardized by J. J.
