Disertační práce se věnuje problematice principu vzájemného uznávání použitého pro uznávání soudních rozhodnutí mezi členskými státy EU. Jako taková se snaží objasnit otázku, zda systému uznání a výkonu rozhodnutí mezi členskými státy EU poskytuje těmto státům prostor pro odmítnutí uznání rozhodnutí, jež by považovali za nespravedlivé. This dissertation deals with matter of principle of mutual recognition which is used as a tool in the recognition of judgements between EU Member States.
