Norský model vyjednávání a jeho aplikace na mírový proces na Srí Lance

Norwegian Model of Negotiation and its Application on the Peace Process in Sri Lanka
Abstract:
Od počátku 90.let se Norsko aktivně angažovalo z pozice třetí strany v mírovém řešení konfliktů a vytvořilo si v této oblasti svůj specifický přístup. Tento přístup s využitím zdrojů, jež má Norsko k dispozici, z něj vytvořil důvěryhodného a vyhledávaného mediátora. Cílem této práce je teoreticky vymezit norský model vyjednávání a demonstrovat jej na příkladu mírového procesu na Srí Lance.
Abstract:
Since the early 1990s. Norway has been engaged in many peace processes in the role of third party and it has created its specific approach in this area. This approach, in combination with using existing norwegian resources, has made Norway one of the most credible and widely sought mediator.
