Práce se zabývá kompetencemi pomáhajících profesionálů. Uvádí jejich identifikaci (vědomosti, schopnosti a dovednosti, hodnoty) i způsoby měření a hodnocení. Obsáhlá část je věnována nástrojům posilování kompetencí během studia (supervize, koučink, mentoring s tutoringem) a je v ní vyzdvižen význam reflektované praxe pro efektivní přípravu na výkon profese. Competences of aiding professionals are topic of this thesis. It introduces their identification (knowledge, capability and skills, values) together with methods of its measurement and evaluation.
