Abstract:
Výzkumným cílem předkládané diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu organizační kultury v konkrétní organizaci, při které jsme se zaměřili na sdílené hodnoty jako na jeden z prvků organizační kultury. Dalším cílem bylo vytvoření a ověření výzkumného nástroje vhodného k těmto účelům. V teoretické části práce poskytujeme přehledový rámec poznatků o zkoumaném fenoménu a východiska pro náš výzkum. The aim of this thesis is to analyze organizational culture of a particular organization. The focus is on shared values as one of the components of organizational culture.
