My bachelor's thesis aims to find out what forms of modern Japanese language were used by Abe Ken'ichi, translator of Bohumil Hrabal's book (I Served the King of England) to translate what we call aspect in the Czech language, and thus reveal more about systemic differences between Japanese and Czech.
