Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera (v konkrétní organizaci)

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce ,,Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera“ se v teoreticko-metodologické části zabývá pojmy etika, etický kodex, manažer a další tématické pojmy. V aplikační části se zabývám dotazníkovým šetřením. V závěru vyřeším stanovené hypotézy a návrhy opatření.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis ,,Ethics and its relevance to professional competence in the manager´s position“ deals in theoretical-methodological part explains notions like ethics, code of ethics, manager and other thematic concepts. The application part deals with questionnaire survey. At the end I solve the hypothesis and proposals for action.
