Chemical transformation of volatile compounds contained in lavender
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnou složení levandulového esenciálního oleje v průběhu izolace hydrodestilací. Standardy silic nejvýznamnějších komponent levandulových esenciálních olejů byly vystaveny podmínkám simulujících hydrodestilační proces a byla sledována jejich transformace. Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis is transformation of volatile compounds lavender essential oils during hydrodistillation. The experimental part is focused on the chemical transformation of typical volatile compounds lavender essential oils. The samples were analysed by GC-MS. Based on the results and literature sources were proposed mechanisms of transformations.
