Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá 79 čínských M&A transakcí v Německu v období od 2015 do 2017. Autor zjišťuje, že čínské státní firmy pravidelně investují do 10 klíčových sektorů souvisejících s programem Made in China 2025 (MIC 2025), a to výrazně častěji než soukromé společnosti. This paper uses 79 M&A transactions carried out by Chinese investors in Germany across from 2015 to 2017 and finds out that the Chinese state-owned companies continuously invest in the Made in China 2025 strategic sectors more frequently than private companies even though most the Chinese investors are privately owned.
