Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku virtuálních týmů. Problematiku virtuálních týmů zkoumá na akademické půdě. Cílem práce je zjistit psychologické aspekty a specifika spolupráce ve virtuálních týmech na akademické půdě. This thesis explores issues of virtual teams. This research is running on premise of the University. The aim of this paper is to discover psychological aspects and specifics of University's virtual teams. Also, it should ascertain difference between common team cooperation and Managerial Game's team cooperation.
