Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Edukace dospělých příslušníků rodiny dítěte se vzácným vrozeným onemocněním. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kdy první tři kapitoly tvoří teoretickou část práce a následné dvě kapitoly pak tvoří část empirickou. První kapitola teoretické části této bakalářské práce se zaměří na východiska rodinné péče o dítě se vzácným vrozeným onemocněním. Druhá kapitola je pak zaměřena na rodiny chronicky nemocných dětí. Třetí kapitola teoretické části této práce je věnována edukaci jednotlivých členů rodiny, do níž se narodilo dítě se vzácným vrozeným nemocněním. Práce se zaměří na popis lékařské, prosociální, hodnotové a mezigenerační edukace, jejímž cílem je vytvořit optimální podmínky pro život matky ve funkci primárního pečovatele a dané rodiny jako celku. Protože se autorce této práce během přípravy bakalářské práce podařilo zkontaktovat skupinu maminek dětí s cystickou fibrózou, rozhodla se využít jejich zkušeností a zvolila kvalitativní design výzkumu, jehož respondenty budou právě uvedené ženy. Cílem autorky této bakalářské práce je, prostřednictvím kvalitativních polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů, zjistit, jaký obsah edukace potřebuje předmětná rodina pro své každodenní efektivní fungování a jakou edukační potřebu u sebe daná rodina identifikuje.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is Education of adult family members of a child with a rare congenital disease. The work has a theoretical-empirical character and is divided into five chapters, where the first three chapters form the theoretical part of the work and the following two chapters form the empirical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis will focus on the starting points of family care for a child with a rare congenital disease. The second chapter is then focused for families of chronically ill children. The third chapter of the theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the education of individual members of the family into which a child with a rare congenital illness was born. The work will focus on the description of medical, prosocial, value and intergenerational education, the aim of which is to create optimal conditions for the life of the mother as the primary caregiver and the given family as a whole. Since the author of this thesis managed to contact a group of mothers of children with cystic fibrosis during the preparation of her bachelor's thesis, she decided to use their experience and chose a qualitative research design, the respondents of which will be the women just mentioned. The goal of the author of this bachelor's thesis is to find out, through qualitative semi-structured interviews, what educational content the family in question needs for its everyday effective functioning and what educational needs the family identifies in itself.
