Diplomová práce je zaměřená na poměrně nový koncept vinařského cestovního ruchu ve Francii. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný vinařský cestovní ruch v Burgundsku na základě stavu a trendu aktuální poptávky a nabídky. The thesis is focused on a relatively new concept of wine tourism in France. The main aim of this work is to evaluate a current situation of wine tourism in a region of Burgundy based on existing demand and supply.
