Abstract:
Bakalářská práce shrnuje informace o onemocnění karcinomem prsu, a především o genetických dispozicích vzniku tohoto onemocnění způsobené mutacemi genů BRCA-1 a BRCA-2. Mutace těchto genů mají za následek zvýšené riziko vzniku karcinomu prsu jak u žen, tak u mužů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na příčiny vzniku nádoru, způsoby diagnostiky a možnosti léčby, které dnešní moderní medicína nabízí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis summarizes information about breast cancer and, most importantly, the genetic disposition of the development of this disease caused by mutations in the BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 genes. Mutations in these genes result in an increased risk of developing breast cancer in both women and man.
