Abstract:
AEON je online nástroj pro simulaci neúplně definovaných Boolovských sítí v systémové biologii. Skládá se z editoru modelu, exploreru atraktorů a exploreru bifurkačních stromů. Všechny tyto části jsou interaktivními částmi aplikace.
Abstract:
AEON is an online application that facilitates the long-term behavior analysis of partially specified Boolean networks in systems biology. It consists of a comprehensive Model Editor, an attractor explorer, and a bifurcation Tree Explorer. These are all available as interactive applications running in the Web browser.
