Hlavnou témou mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovať právnu úpravu dane z príjmov právnických osôb, nakoľko vieme , že dane z príjmov tvoria najväčšiu časť príjmov do štátneho rozpočtu a majú veľký vplyv na samotné fungovanie štátu.
