Responsibility of the President of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá odpovědností prezidenta republiky. Nejdříve vysvětluji postavení prezidenta v demokratickém státu. Poté se zabývám odpovědností jakož to regulačním pojmem prezidenta. V poslední kapitole popíši krátce historický vývoj Ústavy České republiky a poté vysvětlím proces ústavní žaloby na prezidenta republiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the responsibility of the President of the Republic. First, I explain the legal status of the president in a democratic state. Then I deal with responsibility as a regulatory concept of the president.
