Accounting of supplies in the concrete company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis evidence a účtování zásob. Práce popisuje zásoby jak po stránce teoretické, tak i po stránce praktické s aplikací na vybranou účetní jednotku. Teoretická část se zabývá základním vymezením účetnictví, definicí a rozdělením zásob, jejich oceněním při pořízení a při vyskladnění. Dále je v teoretické části popsána evidence zásob, způsoby účtování a jejich inventarizace včetně inventarizačních rozdílů. Aplikační část vychází ze znalostí nabytých v teoretické části. Evidence a účtování zásob je provedeno v příspěvkové organizaci Domov pro seniory se sídlem v Blatné. Jsou zde popsány skutečnosti související se zásobami v organizaci. Jedná se o popis informačních systémů, účetních dokladů včetně jejich oběhu, metod ocenění při pořízení a vyskladnění, způsobu účtování, účtů souvisejících se zásobami, vybraných účetních případů a inventarizace. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení zjištěných skutečností a jsou navržena opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení evidence zásob v organizaci.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor work is a description of the register and accounting for supplies. The work defines supplies from both the theoretical side as well as the practical side with the application of a selected accounting unit. The theoretical part deals with the basic accounting parameters, the definition and distribution of supplies and their valuation at acquisition and at depletion. Further concerning the theoretical side, the register of stocks, methods of accounting and their inventory, including inventory differences, is explained. The practical side is based on knowledge gained fromn the theoretical side. The register and accounting for supplies is done at the contributory organization Domov pro seniory that is based in Blatná. Facts related to the organisation’s stockpiles are brought to the light. It is a description of information systems, accounting documents including their circulation, methods of valuation at acquisition and at depletion, methods of accounting, accounts connected with the supplies, selected accounting cases and inventory. In conclusion an evaluation of detected findings is made and steps are suggested that will lead to improving the register of supplies in the organization.
