Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Optimalizace systému podnikových benefitů“ se zaměřuje na systém, podle kterého se ve společnosti Strojírny a opravny Milenov s.r.o. řídí veškerá činnost spojená s benefity. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky vztahující se k teorii motivace, stimulace a podnikových benefitů. Cílem je analyzovat celkový systém benefitů v podniku a zjistit zda je systém nastaven tak, aby bylo dosaženo optimálního rozložení nákladů na benefity s přihlédnutím ke spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy a některá doporučení jež mohou vést k rozvoji systému.

Abstract:

The thesis „System optimalization of company benefits” is aimed to system which administers all activities join with company benefits in Strojírny a opravny Milenov s.r.o. Pieces of knowledge of motivation theory, stimulation theory and company benefits are summarized in the theoretical part of work. The goal is to analyse system of benefits in company and find out if the system is set up well for company costs and employers contentment. There is summarize of analysis. There are also recommendations leading to development of this system.
