Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is to introduce the selected personalities from the world of Czech history and gastronomy, who influenced the development history of gastronomy. In the final part of the paper is analysis of the relationship of the current figures on the Czech gastronomic scene to celebrities from history, which influenced their attitude to work and contemporary gastronomy.
