Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fyzioterapeutickou péčí o pacienty s chronickým selháním ledvin, konkrétně aerobním intradialyzačním tréninkem u těchto pacientů a jejím vlivem na kvalitu života, hodnocenou dotazníkem FACIT, a tuhostí cév, která je vyšetřena pomocí měření indexu CAVI. This diploma thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic care of patients with chronic renal failure, namely aerobic intra dialysis training in these patients and its impact on quality of life, evaluated by the FACIT questionnaire, and vascular stiffness, which is examined by measuring the CAVI index.
