Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Výmarské ústavy. V práci je nastíněn ústavní vývoj v prostoru německých států po zániku Svaté říše římské, hospodářské, politické i sociální problémy po první světové válce a hlavně proces formování Výmarské ústavy a osvětlení jejího obsahu s hlavními nedostatky. This thesis deals with the problem of the Weimar constitution. There is analyzed at first development of the German constitutions after termination of the holy roman empire, economic, political and social problems after the first world war with and mainly the clarification of its table of contents with the biggest weaknesses.
