Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovněprávního vztahu. Teoretická část charakterizuje základní pojmy, popisuje vznik a průběh pracovněprávního vztahu a zkoumá možnosti jeho ukončení. Zaměřuje se na práva a povinnosti jednotlivých stran a pracovněprávní spory vznikající z jejich porušení. Výzkumná část ukazuje zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele ve vzájemných pracovněprávních vztazích. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the employment relationship. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts, describes the establishment and course of the employment relationship and examines the possibilities of its termination.
