Problems in the Government’s Accounting

Abstract:

Subject of the diploma thesis „ Problems in the Government´s Accounting“ is analysis of the state bookkeeping and its development in Czech republic and in the territory of current Czech republic. In the introduction are described functions which are nowadays to be fulfilled by accounting. In the first part of the work is analyzed the historical development of general accounting from the primitive communal system to the time of formation of independent Czech republic in 1993. The following parts are dedicated to the state bookkeeping from 1993 until recent days, including its reform being currently underway.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Problematika účetnictví státu“ je analýza účtovníctva štátu a jeho vývoj v Českej republike a na území súčasnej Českej republiky. V prvej časti diplomovej práce je historický vývoj všeobecného účtovníctva od prvotnopospolnej spoločnosti až do obdobia vzniku samostatnej Českej republiky v roku 1993. V tejto časti sú taktiež popísané funkcie, ktoré plní alebo by malo plniť účtovníctvo v súčasnosti. Nasledujúce časti sú venované účtovníctvu štátu od roku 1993 až do súčasnosti, vrátane reformy prebiehajúcej v tomto období.
