Causes of social exclusion through the eyes of social workers

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami sociálního vyloučení očima sociálních pracovníků. Mým cílem je popsat sociální vyloučení, kdo je to sociální pracovník a jaká je jeho role a kompetence k osobám sociálně vyloučeným. Na základě toho navrhnout nástroj k analyzování, jak sociální pracovníci chápou příčiny sociálního vyloučení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První část je teoretická, ve které jsou definovány všechny základní pojmy týkající se tématu bakalářské práce. V druhé části bakalářské práce je návrh na kvantitativní výzkum, ve kterém by výzkumník hledal odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, jak sociální pracovníci chápou příčiny sociálního vyloučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the causes of social exclusion through the eyes of social workers. My goal is to describe social exclusion, who is a social worker and what is his role and competence to socially excluded people. On this basis, propose a tool to analyze how social workers understand the causes of social exclusion. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, which defines all the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. In the second part of the thesis is a proposal for quantitative research, to which the researcher would look for the answer to the main research question, how social workers understand the causes of social exclusion.
