Interactive training – sense and usage in profession of training college teacher and secondary school teacher

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce, je určená převážně pro učitelé středních škol a učilišť. Zabývá se interakčním výcvik, jako jednou z forem jejich dalšího vzdělávání. Práce se věnuje cílům interakčního výcviku a zároveň uvádí některá jeho témata. Cílem interakčního výcviku je vylepšovat a rozvíjet dovednosti jedinců: poznávat sám sebe, naučit se řešit konfliktní situace, prosazovat vlastní názor aj. Témata jsou vybrána zejména s ohledem na jejich přínos pro pedagogickou praxi. Čtenář může také hlouběji nahlédnout do přípravy a průběhu interakčního výcviku. Blíže jsou popsány kompetence a úloha trenéra, který výcvik vede. Dále jsou uvedeny ukázky některých psychologických her. Pro ilustraci je popsána i má osobní zkušenost s interakčním výcvikem. Poté se čtenář dozví navržené způsoby, jak motivo- vat a zlepšovat informovanost pedagogů o interakčním výcviku. Popisuji vybrané programy a způsoby propagace institucí, které nabízejí další vzdělávání formou interakčního výcviku. Praktická část je věnována popisu provedeného výzkumu. Použita byla dotazníková forma zjišťující zájem o interakční výcvik, rozšiřování nových dovedností a informovanost respon- dentů o oblasti interakčního výcviku. Výsledky potvrzují domněnku, že forma interakčního výcviku je pro pedagogy SOU a SOŠ zajímavá, ale chybí jim motivace aktivně se podílet na rozvíjení svých dovedností.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is intended for teachers of high schools and training schools. It deals with interactive training as one of the forms of their further training. This thesis attends to the aims of interactive training and at the same time it mentions some of its subjects. The aim of interactive training is to improve and develop some individual skills: get to know one, learn to handle a conflict situation, promote oneself opinion etc. Subjects are chosen mainly in relation to their beneficial to pedagogic use. The reader can also look deeper into the preparing and course of the interactive training. Competency and function of instructor who conducts the training are described closer. Below there are mentioned some illustrations of psychological games. My personal experience in interactive training is described as an illustration. The reader then gets knowledge of preferred ways how to motivate teachers and how to improve their knowing interactive training. I describe the preferred plans and the ways of promoting of institutions which offer further training by the form of interactive training. The practical part attends to description of the made research. There was used the questi- onnaire form which reconnoitred the interest in interactive training, developing new skills and knowing of new respondents about the interactive training areas. The results uphold the thought that the form of interactive training is interesting for high school teachers but there is lack of motivation for them to involve actively in developing their skills.
