Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá porovnáním rolí sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka při práci s cizinci. Jejím cílem je na základě dostupné literatury porovnat role a činnosti sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka při práci s cizinci. Práce je koncipovaná jako kompilace a je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny základní koncepty, které souvisí s tématem porovnání rolí sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka při práci s cizinci. Dále jsou pojmenovány jednotlivé role a činnosti sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka v sociální práci, rovněž role a činnosti sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka při práci s cizinci. Následně jsou porovnány konkrétní role sociálního pracovníka a dobrovolníka při práci s cizinci, včetně srovnání jejich práv a povinností a také nezastupitelnosti obou rolí.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the comparison of the roles of a social worker and a volunteer when working with foreigners. It aims to compare the roles and activities of a social worker and a volunteer when working with foreigners based on the available literature. The thesis is designed as a compilation and is divided into four chapters. At the beginning of the thesis, basic concepts related to the topic of comparing the roles of social worker and volunteer when working with foreigners are defined. Then the different roles and activities of the social worker and the volunteer in social work are named, as well as the roles and activities of the social worker and the volunteer when working with foreigners. Afterwards, the specific roles of the social worker and volunteer in working with foreigners are compared, including a comparison of their rights and duties as well as the irreplaceability of both roles.
