Předložená práce je zaměřena na dopady novely zákona o stavebním spoření na klienty. V úvodní části je uvedena historie stavebního spoření a jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy týkající se stavebního spoření. Dále je popsán princip fungování stavebního spoření a jeho dílčí části, kterými jsou spořící fáze, přidělení cílové částky, fáze úvěrová a také překlenovací úvěr.
