Conditions of psychoteraphy in childern´s home

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je mapování podmínek v dětském domově, o které se může opírat psychoterapeutické působení a ze kterých může také tento proces vycházet. Psychoterapeutická a výchovná činnost se v ústavním prostředí v mnohém překrývá, soustředím se tedy především na vychovatele jako terapeuta a jeho možnosti v podmínkách dětského domova. Cílem této práce je vymezení souhrnu mechanismů a skutečností, které psychoterapeutické působení v dětských domovech mohou ovlivnit a popsání aspektů, které k terapeutické práci vychovatele mohou vést. Cílem výzkumné části mé diplomové práce je zachycení aspektů vztahu mezi vychovateli a dětmi z dětského domova, zaznamenání terapeutických prvků tohoto vztahu, jako možného psychoterapeutického potencionálu a vymezení podmínek, které jejich terapeutické působení v dětském domově ovlivňují.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the mapping of conditions in the children's home, which can support the psychotherapeutic effects and which can also be based on this process. Psychotherapeutic and educational activities in the institutional environment in many overlaps, so i am concentrating primarily on the educator as a therapist and his options in terms of the children's home. The aim of this work is to define mechanisms and summary of facts that psychotherapeutic work in children's home may affect and describe aspects that the therapeutic work of educators may result. The aim of the research part of my thesis is to capture aspects of the relationship between educators and children from the orphanage, noting the therapeutic elements of this relationship as a potential psychotherapeutic potential and defining the conditions that their therapeutic effect in an orphanage influence.
