Blunt Injury in a Judical Medicine and Criminalistics

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení poranění, ke kterým dochází příčnou působení tupého násilí. Práce je členěna do 7 kapitol, kde se čtenář tohoto textu dozví potřebné informace o daném tématu. V práci se zaměřuji na jednotlivá poranění, která zde charakterizuji, a popisuji rozličné mechanismy jejich vzniku. Důležitá okolnost, na niž v práci kladu důraz, je zavinění daného zranění. Dále poukazuji také na spolupráci soudního lékaře a Policie ČR, která je velmi důležitá, a v práci ji popisuji na třech případech, kdy dobrá komunikace byla zásadní pro objasnění trestného činu. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na zjišťování informací od respondentů, přičemž cílem bylo zjistit čestnost výskytu jednotlivých druhů úrazů a stanovit nejčastější druhy úrazů a jejich následky. V této části došlo k vyhodnocení dotazníků a stanovených hypotéz, tyto jsem ověřovala a zjišťovala jejich platnost či neplatnost za pomoci odborné literatury, statistik ČSSZ a statistik Policie ČR. Mým záměrem je poskytnout čtenáři této práce veškeré potřebné informace o daném tématu, aby se v problematice tupého poranění v soudním lékařství lépe orientoval.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to specify injuries which are caused as the effect of blunt violence. The thesis is devided into 7 parts which make the reader familiar with the given topic. In the thesis I focus on individual injuries, make their charcteristics and describe the various mechanisms of their origin. An important circumstance which I emphasize in my work is the culpability of the specific injury. Furthermore, I point out the cooperation of forensic doctors and the Czech Police, which is very important and I describe three cases in my thesis, when a good communication was crucial to clear up a criminal act. In the practical part I focused on finding out the information from respondents, whereas the goal was to detect the frequency of individual types of injuries and set the most common kinds of injuries and their consequences. In this part questionnaires and stated hypotheses were evaluated and I used expert literature to find out and verify their validity or invalidity. My aim is to provide the reader of this thesis all the neccessary information about the given topic in order to provide a better understanding of the issue of blunt injuries in forensic medicine.
