Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl poukázat na nedostatky zákona o volbě prezidenta republiky s ohledem na volební kampaň. V úvodní části poukazuje na poměrně složitou a zdlouhavou cestu za přijetím přímé volby prezidenta republiky v ČR. This thesis aims to point out the imperfection of the Act on the Direct Presidential Election with the regard to the election campaign. In the introduction part of this thesis, a rather complicated and lengthy way to accept the direct presidential election of the CR is outlined.
