Abstract:

Cílem práce je prozkoumat a analyzovat klíčové faktory úspěchu pro nový podnik v oblasti zimního cestovního ruchu, konkrétně společnosti "Arctic Oasis Resort, s. r. o.". Práce se zaměřuje na integraci restaurace, hotelového ubytování a wellness služeb na zimním stadionu s cílem vytvořit synergii a poskytnout zákazníkům komplexní zážitek. Hlavním cílem je posoudit, jak efektivně spojit tyto služby a navrhnout úspěšný marketingový plán pro přilákání cílové skupiny a zajištění dlouhodobého úspěchu a podniku. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí: teoretické, analytické a návrhové. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled současného stavu znalostí v oblasti podnikání a podnikatelských plánů. Analytická část se věnuje průzkumu trhu v oblastech relevantních pro projekt, jako jsou zimní cestovní ruch, gastronomie, hotelový management a wellness služby. Návrhová část obsahuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro založení a provoz komplexu u zimního stadionu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována ekonomickému zhodnocení projektu, včetně finanční náročnosti, odhadů příjmů a analýzy návratnosti investic. Práce dále obsahuje časový plán realizace od rekonstrukce po spuštění provozu, s cílem optimalizovat využití zdrojů a minimalizovat možné prodlevy. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na potenciální přínosy podniku pro region a možnosti dalšího výzkumu v oblasti inovací v cestovním ruchu a hotelovém managementu. Práce klade důraz na praktickou aplikovatelnost navržených strategií a přístupů v reálném provozu. Nabízí tak cenné informace a doporučení pro podnikatele, investory a manažery působící v oblasti cestovního ruchu a pohostinství, kteří hledají inspiraci pro založení podobných projektů v oblasti zimních sportů a turismu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to examine and analyze the key success factors for a new venture in the winter tourism industry, namely "Arctic Oasis Resort, Ltd.". The thesis focuses on the integration of restaurant, hotel accommodation and wellness services at an ice rink in order to create synergy and provide a comprehensive experience to customers. The main objective is to assess how to effectively combine these services and design a successful marketing plan to attract the target audience and ensure the long-term success of the business. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part provides an overview of the current state of knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and business plans. The analytical part focuses on market research in areas relevant to the project, such as winter tourism, catering, hotel management and wellness services. The design part contains a specific business plan for the establishment and operation of a complex at the ice rink. Particular attention is paid to the economic evaluation of the project, including financial intensity, revenue estimates and ROI analysis. The work also includes a timetable for implementation from reconstruction to start-up in order to optimise the use of resources and minimise possible delays. The thesis concludes with a focus on the potential benefits of the venture to the region and opportunities for further research in the area of tourism innovation and hotel management. The thesis emphasizes the practical applicability of the proposed strategies and approaches in real operations. Thus, it offers valuable information and recommendations for entrepreneurs, investors and managers working in the tourism and hospitality industry who are looking for inspiration to establish similar projects in the winter sports and tourism sector.
