Prémie u dlouhodobých kontraktů: evidence z NHL

Long-term contract premium: NHL evidence
Abstract:
Long-term labour contract represents the possibility to be insured against any possible economic shocks. It contains a risk premium payed by the risk averse party in the form of a lower wage. This thesis examines the NHL market, whether this premium is present. Methods correcting selection bias are employed to identify the risk premium.
Abstract:
Dlhodobý pracovný kontrakt predstavuje možnosť, ako sa poistiť proti možnému ekonomickému šoku. Zahrňuje v sebe rizikovú prémiu, za ktorú platí rizikovo averzná strana vo forme nižšej mzdy. Táto práca overuje výskyt tejto prémie na trhu NHL. Jej výskyt je hľadaný pomocou metód zohľadňujúcich selection bias.
