Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu duševní hygieny nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků pracujících v agenturách terénní hospicové péče. This Bachelor's work deals with the topic of mental hygiene of paramedical personnel working in agencies of mobile hospice care. Theoretical part of this work consists of two main parts. The first one deals with the field of mental hygiene and the related issue of the burnout syndrome while the second part discusses palliative care and mobile hospice care.
