Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměřenou na tvorbu kostí a také její obnovu. Popisují se zde procesy chondrogeneze a osteogeneze kosti, které jsou zajišťovány geny a růstovými faktory, mezi ně patří BMP, FGF, TGF, WNT, IHH a VEGF. Dále se zde pojednává o minerálech udržující homeostázu kosti a jejich možných onemocnění. Kosti pouze nerostou ale mají schopnost remodelace. Tato remodelace je …moreAbstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of targeting of bone formation and also its remodelling. Processes are described here chondrogenesis and osteogenesis bone, which are provided by genes and growth factor, among them BMP, FGF, TGF, WNT, IHH and VEGF.
