Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Historický kontext vzdělávání na vybrané odborné škole a tradice oboru pro popularizaci a posílení zájmu žáků o studijní obor“ se zabývá motivací žáků studujících obor Chovatelství ve školním roce 2023/2024 na SZeŠ Rakovník, která vedla k výběru školy a oboru. Důraz při posuzování a vyhodnocování dat je kladen na historický kontext vzdělávání na vybrané škole a tradici oboru, načež je předložen vlastní návrh pro popularizaci studijního oboru s ohledem na zmíněné aspekty. K vypracování předložené práce byla zvolena metodika založená na analýze studijní literatury a podkladů pro zjištění potřebných dat, SWOT analýze školy, průzkumu metodou dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s žáky všech ročníků oboru ve uvedeném školním roce a rozhovoru s vedením školy. Dále byla využita metodika hodnocení dat s jejich následným grafickým znázorněním. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že nejsilnější motivací žáků k výběru oboru Chovatelství byl jejich vlastní zájem o tuto oblast. Historie školy dnešní žáky nezajímá. Další motivací žáků ke studiu oboru je získání maturitního vysvědčení, dobrá možnost uplatnění na trhu práce či v soukromém podnikání a řada respondentů plánuje studia na vysoké škole. Vlastní návrh pro popularizaci studijního oboru, který se opírá nejen o SWOT analýzu školy, ale také o výsledky dotazníkového šetření, byl předložen vedení SZeŠ Rakovník pro další využití především při propagaci oboru a školy a náboru nových žáků v dalších letech.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic of "The historical context of education at the selected vocational school and the tradition of the field for the popularization and strengthening of students' interest in the field study" deals with the motivation of students studying animal husbandry in the academic year 2023/2024 at the Secondary Agricultural School in Rakovník (SZeŠ Rakovník), which led to the selection of the school and field of study. Emphasis is placed on the historical context of education at the selected school and the tradition of the field of study in assessing and evaluating the data, followed by a proposal for the popularization of the study program taking into account the mentioned aspects. The methodology chosen for the elaboration of the thesis is based on the analysis of study literature and data to determine the necessary information, SWOT analysis of the school, survey using a questionnaire method, and interviews with students of all years of the program in the specified academic year, as well as interviews with the school management. Additionally, data evaluation methodology with subsequent graphical representation was utilized. The survey revealed that the strongest motivation for students to choose the field of study of animal husbandry was their own interest in this area. The history of the school does not interest current students. Other motivations for students to study the program include obtaining a high school diploma, good employment opportunities in the job market or in private business, and a number of respondents plan to continue their studies at a university. A proposal for the popularization of the study program, based not only on the SWOT analysis of the school but also on the results of the survey, was submitted to the management of SZeŠ Rakovník for further use, especially in promoting the field of study and the school and recruiting new students in the following years.
