Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dat obsahující vizuální evokované potenciály a jejich následnou klasifikací do odpovídající klasifikační třídy. Při stimulaci se využívá tzv. c-VEP stimulační protokol. Primárním cílem je vhodně navrhnout klasifikátor a následně jej implementovat v prostředí Matlabu. Součástí výstupu práce je vytvoření grafického uživatelského prostředí a jeho zavedení do toolboxu EEGLABu jako jeho další funkční rozšíření. Ověření funkčnosti a spolehlivosti klasifikátoru je realizováno na EEG datech, která byla experimentálně naměřená od několika různých subjektů v laboratoři náležící Katedře informatiky a výpočetní techniky (KIV) na Fakultě aplikovaných věd.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with analyzing data containing the visual evoked potentials and their classification to the corresponding class. Upon an stimulation, so called the c-VEP stimulation protocol is used. The primary goal is to design an appropriate classifier and then to implement it in Matlab. A part of this thesis is to create a graphical user environment and it is introduction into the toolbox of EEGLAB as another functional extension. Verifying the functionality and reliability of the classifier is performed on the EEG data. These data were experimentally measured in several different test subjects and were obtained in the laboratory belonging to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (KIV) at the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
