Adaptation of Employees in the Company

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na vymezení teoretického východiska adaptace zaměstnanců a identifikování nejnovějších trendů v uvedené oblasti. Jejím cílem je vytvoření podpůrných dokumentů a ověření jejich vlivu na adaptační proces konkrétních pracovních pozic zkoumaného podniku. K ověření navrhovaných metod bylo provedeno empirické šetření ve vybrané organizaci. Ze zjištění vyplývajících z šetření byl navrhnut finální koncept adaptace, včetně propočtu teoretických úspor nákladů. Hlavním přínosem práce je vytvoření adaptačních dokumentů a přesného adaptačního plánu, které by měly zajistit cílenou vyšší kvalitu adaptace a značné úspory pro konkrétní podnik.

Abstract:

This work is focused on defining the theoretical basis of employee adaptation and identifying the latest trends in this area. Its aim is to create supporting documents and verify their impact on the adaptation process of specific jobs of the surveyed company. To verify the proposed methods, an empirical survey was conducted in a selected organization. From the findings of the survey, the final concept of adaptation was proposed, including the calculation of theoretical cost savings. The main benefit of the work is the creation of adaptation documents and a precise adaptation plan, which should ensure a targeted higher quality of adaptation and significant savings for a particular company.
