Proposal of a register system for corporate projects

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Návrh systému evidence podnikových projektů" pojednává o využití projektového řízení v organizacích. Ve spolupráci s organizací zabývající se informačními systémy SAP a správou dokumentace byl vytvořen cíl práce. Cílem této práce je specifikovat požadavky na změny v řešení kmenového listu projektu v této organizaci, možných variant řešení a jejich přínosů. Práce je rozdělená do tří částí.V první části autor představuje teorii pojednávající o projektovém řízení a významu projektového řízení v podniku. V rámci první části je provedena literární rešerše na téma rozhodujících faktorů úspěchu projektů. V druhé části je řešena metodologie ASAP Focus. Metodologie se zabývá etapami projektu implementace a projektu upgrade informačního systému SAP. Popsány jsou také organizační struktury a dokumenty vznikající v rámci metodologie. Třetí část se zabývá analýzou stávajícího systému evidence projektů v organizaci. Ve třetí části jsou také zpracovány možné varianty řešení změny kmenového listu projektu a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

Thesis "Proposal of a register system for corporate projects" deals with the use of project management in the organizations. In cooperation with organizations dealing with information systems SAP and document management was created the goal of this thesis. The goal of this thesis is to specify requirements on changes in solutions of project sheet in the organization, possible options of solutions and their benefits. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part author presents a theory dealing with the project management and the importance of the project management in the enterprise. In the first part is made the literature review on the topic of critical success factors of projects. The second part dealt with ASAP Focus methodology. The methodology deals with the phase of the project implementation and project upgrade information system SAP. Described are the organizational structures and documents generated by the methodology. The third part deals with the analysis of the current status of register system in the organization. The third also part presents possible options of change address project sheet and its evaluation.
