Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu stresové zátěže na pracovní výkon. V úvodní části se zabývám pojmem stres, jeho definicí, základním členěním a způsobech zvládání. Následuje charakteristika interních a externích stresorů s ohledem na specifika prostředí softwarové společnosti. The topic of my bachelor thesis is analysis of influence of stress burden on work performance. In the opening part I deal with the idea of stress, its definiton, basic division and ways of managing it. In the following part I focus on characteristics of internal and external causes of stress with regard to specifics of software company environment.
