Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Srovnání efektivity vyučovacích metod ve výuce anglického jazyka v klasické škole a ve škole s prvky daltonského plánu“ pojednává o současných vyučovacích metodách, vyučovacích metodách anglického jazyka a alternativním způsobu výuky – metodě Dalton a použití této metody v rámci hodin anglického jazyka na druhém stupni základní školy. Teoretická část práce obsahuje definice a klasifikace vyučovacích metod a klasifikaci vyučovacích metod anglického jazyka. Práce dále pojednává o alternativním způsobu výuky, metodě Dalton. Tato kapitola teoretické části zahrnuje popis daltonského plánu, jeho historii, principy, prostředky a realizaci daltonského plánu v České republice. V empirické části se pomocí dotazníkového šetření zabývám porovnáním vyučovacích metod školy klasické a školy s prvky daltonského plánu a jejich možným pozitivním vlivem ve výuce anglického jazyka. Zkoumaný vzorek představují žáci druhého stupně klasické základní školy a školy s prvky daltonského plánu, kteří již ovládají základy anglického jazyka. V diplomové práci si kladu za cíl prozkoumat možný pozitivní vliv daltonského plánu ve výuce anglického jazyka a poskytnout následné doporučení použití tohoto plánu nebo jeho prvků školám klasickým.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Comparison of teaching methods effectiveness of English language at classic school and at school with the elements of Dalton plan“ deals with the summary of teaching methods, teaching methods of English language and alternative teaching method – Dalton and its using within the English lesson at the basic school. The theoretical part includes the definition and classification of teaching methods and the classification of teaching methods of English language. The thesis deals also with the alternative teaching method – Dalton. This chapter of the theoretical part includes the description of Dalton plan, its history, the principles, instruments and the realization of the Dalton plan in the Czech Republic. The empiric part deals with the comparison of teaching methods at the classic basic school and at the basic school using the elements of Dalton plan by means of the questionnary. The empiric part deals also with the possible positive influence of the Dalton method within the English lesson. The pupils of the classic basic school and the basic school using the elements of Dalton plan present the investigated sample. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the possible influence of the Dalton plan within the English lessons and to provide the following recommendation of this plan or its elements to classic basic schools.
