Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení daňového zatížení podnikatelského subjektu a volba právní formy podnikání, za účelem optimalizace daňové povinnosti. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the tax burden of a business entity and the choice of legal form of business, in order to optimize the tax liability.
