Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem interní komunikace ve společnosti SUNDISK s.r.o. Cílem práce je provést zhodnocení současného stavu interní komunikace a navrhnout možné změny v oblasti interní komunikace a doporučení vedoucí k vyšší spokojenosti stálých i sezonních pracovníků společnosti. Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the intern communication in the company SUNDISK s.r.o.
