Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi trhem práce a digitalizací v zemích Evropské unie. V rámci literární rešerše byly studovány dopady Průmyslu 4.0. Po-mocí regresní panelové analýzy s náhodnými efekty byl hledán vztah mezi techno-logickou úrovní země a ukazateli vztahujícími se k trhu práce. Abstract:
The thesis examines the relationship between the labour market and digitali-zation in the European Union countries. In the literary review, the impacts of in-dustry 4.0 were researched. A random effects panel regression analysis is used to investigate the relationship between a country's technological level and labour market indicators.
