Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření aplikace pro evidenci problémů v IT prostředí. Aplikace eviduje organizace, IT systémy, lidské zdroje a jejich strukturu. Problém je reprezentován záznamem zvaným tiket který obsahuje veškerou historii problému a jeho řešení. Optimalizované vyhledávání v tiketech usnadňuje řešení opakujících se problémů, tvorbu statistik a obecný přehled o stavu infrastruktury …more
Abstract:
Tool helps IT technicians and managers in problem management area. It holds structured overview of organizations and their IT systems, human resources and problems in IT environment. Problem is represented in application as Ticket. Ticket stores all details of problem including solution with progress documented. Tool supports detailed searches and generates statistics.
