Základním kritériem srovnání jsou daňové dopady zaměstnaneckých benefitů u zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele, dále promítnutí zaměstnaneckých benefitů do budoucích příjmů zaměstnance a porovnání poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti …more

This bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits, analysis and evaluation of the fringe benefits at Severočeské doly a.s. The main criterion of the comparison are the taxation impacts of the employees and the employers followed by reflection of employee benefits in the future incomes of the employee using specific examples and contrasting the employee benefits provided in the company with others in …more
