Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o sebepojetí asistentů pedagoga. Práce se dělí na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je na základě odborných zdrojů přiblížit profesi asistenta pedagoga a sebepojetí, přičemž se zaměřuje konkrétně na charakteristiku pedagogických asistentů, legislativní rámec profese, historii a vývoj, uvádí předpoklady k výkonu povolání, pracovní náplň asistentů, limity při výkonu povolání a poukazuje na profesní rozvoj. Práce rovněž vymezuje sebepojetí, představuje jeho vývoj, aspekty, strukturu a popisuje též profesní sebepojetí. Praktická část si klade za cíl na základě kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit a zanalyzovat, jaké je sebepojetí asistentů pedagoga se zaměřením na pozitivní a negativní vnímání vlastní osoby v procesu výkonu svého povolání. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s šesti respondenty, jež byli záměrně vybráni pomocí Rosenbergovy škály sebehodnocení. Data byla analyzována nejprve formou otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování, poté byla provedena komparativní analýza.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with teacher assistant and his self-concept. Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The aim of theoretical part is to approach the profession of teacher assistant and self-concept using specialised literature, Legislative framework, history and development. Theoretical part also states rerequisites for the performance of the job, the job description, limits and it points to professional development. Furthermore, author defines self-concept, presents its development, aspects, structure and describes professinal self-concept as well. The purpose of the qualitalive research based practical part is to find out and analyze, what is the self-concept of teacher assistant focusing on positive and negative perception of themselves in the process of performing their profession. The research is conducted through a semi-structured interview with six respondents, who were intentionally selected using the Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale. First, the data were analyzed using an open, axial and selective coding and then using a comparative analysis.
