Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce „Řízení a financování neziskové organizace“ mapuje problematiku neziskových organizací, zejména způsoby jejich financování a nadační fondy. V úvodní části je popsána základní charakteristika neziskových organizací, jejich účel, typologie a způsob finančního řízení. Fundraising, neboli získávání finančních prostředků, je důležitým faktorem pro řádné fungování neziskových organizací, proto jsou v práci hlouběji popsány jeho možné zdroje a prostředky. Získávání finančních prostředků je přímo závislé na způsobu řízení neziskových organizací, konkrétním zaměření a marketingu. V praktické části jsou podrobněji charakterizovány tři nadační fondy: Nadační fond pro podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, Nadační fond Slunce pro všechny a Nadační fond J&T. Závěr této práce je zaměřen na využívání a efektivnost fundraisingových zdrojů těchto vybraných nadačních fondů.

Abstract:

This master’s thesis titled "Management and financing of non-governmental organization" surveys the field of non-governmental organization, particularly the way of their financial control and endowment funds. Its preface describes general characteristics of non-governmental organization, their aim, typology and their financial management style. Fundraising, the acquirement of financial sources, is one of the most important aspects enabling non-governmental organization, therefore, the thesis describes their means and sources deeply. Fundraising directly depends on the controlling processes of a non-governmental organization, its aim, management style and marketing. In the practical part of my master’s thesis three endowment funds are researched in detail, concretely "Nadační fond pro podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením", "Nadační fond Slunce pro všechny" and "Nadační fond J&T". The conclusion of the master’s thesis focuses on the efficiency and methods of exploiting fundraising sources of the above mentioned endowment funds.
