Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje tuzemský reverse charge DPH a ručení příjemce plnění, jakožto dva instrumenty, které Česká republika zavedla v boji proti daňovým únikům na DPH a zachycuje obtíže, které s nimi při jejich zavádění a následném uplatňování vyvstaly.
Abstract:
This dissertation analyses local reverse charge on VAT and guarantee of the customer as the tools the Czech Republic introduced in its fight against tax frauds and shows obstacles which could arose during its transition into the Czech tax system.
