Cílem práce je analýza skutečných případů nutné obrany projednávaných v trestním řízení z hlediska okolností, důvodů i přípustnosti využití institutu nutné obrany v souladu se zněním zákonné dikce definující okolnosti nutné obrany dle § 29 trestního zákoníku. The aim of the work is analysis of actual cases of legal defenses, which were dealt in criminal procedure from the viewpoint of circumstances, reasons and admissibility usage of the institute of legal defense according to lawful diction which define circumstances of legal defense in accordance with § 29 criminal code.
