Abstract:
Má práce pojednává o společnosti s ručením omezeným, jejím vzniku, právní povaze a vývoji tohoto instututu. Pracoval jsem s odbornou literaturou, jak cizojazyčnou, tak českou. Značně jsem čerpal ze zákona o společnosti s ručením omezeným ze dne 6. března 1906, čís. 58 ř.z.
Abstract:
My work deals with a limited liability company, its origin, legal nature and evolution of instututu. I worked with professional literature, both foreign language and Czech. I drew extensively from the Act on limited liability company on 6 March 1906, no. 58 ř.z.
